This is a story about love, friendship and Magic. The plot is simple and a bit unique at the same time. The characters were ok, I like one twin better than the other as far as how they were written. I think the authors captured the feelings and emotions well. Now here comes the hard part to write, the book never really captured me, I think it was just the young teen age reference and issues that were annoying at times. The story is about the wrong and write basically and how you go about getting it.

You meet Olivia that looses her twin sister Violet, Olivia and her folks move to San Francisco to start again. Then one day a dress appears magically at her door and she wishes her sister back. then what do you know Violet comes back. So of course Olivia starts to feel alive again. Then two more dresses show up so that means two more wishes are available. So now Olivia need to be careful as to what she wishes for because it might not be what she needs to better herself.

Summary: For broken-hearted Olivia Larsen, nothing can change the fact that her twin sister, Violet, is gone... until a mysterious, beautiful gown arrives on her doorstep. The dress doesn't just look magical; it is magical. It has the power to grant her one wish, and the only thing Olivia wants is her sister back. With Violet again by her side, both girls get a second chance at life. And as the sisters soon discover, they have two more dresses-and two more wishes left. But magic can't solve everything, and Olivia is forced to confront her ghosts to learn how to laugh, love, and live again. In a breathtaking debut from Alexandra Bullen, WISH asks the question: If you could have anything, what would you wish for?

  2. I downloaded this one on my Nook, but haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I'll have to keep in mind that it's directed towards a younger audience.
