This was such a great family movie. I went with everyone in my family to see it. We were all laughing and smiling through the whole movie. I was afraid the movie would be to girly, but it was not. I have 2 boys and even my husband truly enjoyed the movie. The animation and colors are wonderful. The music and signing were great. I think though the best part was the humor in the film. The chameleon was one of my favorite characters. The horse Maximus that acted like a dog was too funny. The best scene of the movie is when Rapunzel finally gets to live her dream buy seeing the lanterns fly up to the sky up close, it was very touching and just truly enchanting.
Plot: (from IMDB) The magically long-haired Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is.

This movie was a bit of a let down. I thought it lack in many areas. The humor was probably what kept it somewhat together. The action lack, it was just a bunch of martial arts by the side kick. The cars in the movie were great to see. The actor Seth didn't do it for me as a action hero, he should stick to comedies its his forte. The plot was good, easy to follow. I am a big action junkie and this just didn't meet my standard. It is a movie I recommend to wait for to rent on DVD.
Plot: (from IMDB) Following the death of his father, Britt Reid, heir to his father's large company, teams up with his late dad's assistant Kato to become a masked crime fighting team.
