So I finally was able to score a copy at the redbox and see this movie. I wanted to see it at the theater but I didn't have the time off to go. I wished I would have, it would have been awesome to see it on the big screen. The movie was so entertaining, its not your typical musical. They weren't singing their lines, Thank god. They sang when they were doing the musical numbers for the show inside the club. Christina and that voice, is just memorizing but her acting lacks a little. What a set of pipes on her, I've always been a fan. Cher doesn't disappoint when she sings either, she shows everyone why she is Cher still. The storyline is pretty cute, its about a girl from Iowa that dreams of big lights. So she finally just takes the little bit of money she has and leaves to Los Angeles. She begins auditioning but has no luck. She notices the club Burlesque one night and goes in. She immediately falls in love with the place. Go out and rent it if you haven't seen it yet.

Plot: (from Amazon) A SMALL TOWN SINGER MOVES TO THE BIG CITY WHERE SHE VIEW FOR HER CHANCE AT STARDOM AT THE SIZZLING BURLESQUE NIGHTCLUB.
