Summary: (from goodreads) Ashlyn: A lonely society princess living in New York City.

Daddy hired you to be my bodyguard.

Colin: Childhood enemy, now her protector.

Daddy thought I’d be safe. He thought I’d never fall in love. He thought he could keep me forever.

Charles: obsessed with keeping her safe, keeping her his, he hires the one person he knows she could never fall in love with: Colin.

Daddy was wrong.

Overprotected is anther great book under Jennifer Lauren's belt. Jennifer gives as a story that flows very well and pulls you in while reading. The cover (which are designed by Jennifer) is a perfect match to the story. What's contain inside the book is a mix of romance, drama, heartache, suspense and discovery. Jennifer with her words paints everything so vivid that you can picture what's going on while you are reading it. My opinion is that it will appeal to just about anyone.

Ashlyn is your New York Princess who when younger was abducted by a nanny. SO her father goes above and beyond to protect her as she grows older. She is now 18 and really wishes her father would lighten up with her protection. So instead of making things better, the father hires a new body guard that used to be Ashlyn enemy when they were growing up. He figures this way they wont get attached like the old body guard he fired. So you can just imagine the drama that takes place with this new pairing of sorts. So will playing the piano help Ashlyn deal with her new body guard enemy Colin, or will Colin prove to her that people change and help her change as well? Order this book, you wont be disappointed.
