Only then, when the final mystery is unraveled and the last secret revealed, Ever and Damen’s future will hinge on one ultimate decision that will put everything at stake….even eternity.

I LOVED the way Alyson wrapped up this series! I think this one is my favorite of the series, too! I enjoyed reading more about Ever and Damen's relationship in this one, and it reminded me of how much they really do belong together. I really like how Alyson weaved the previous incarnations of Ever, Damen and Jude in this story, and some of the others leading up to this one. I was also surprised to see some of the other characters play a part in previous lives.

There is a part in the book where Ever has to take a journey all alone. This part made me sad because she couldn't have her love or her friends with her. It was important for her to do it alone so that she could show how strong she has grown throughout the series.

I very much enjoyed seeing some of the characters who were "disposed" of in previous books back in this one, in a way. It was great to see how Damen and Ever interacted with these characters in a different way.

All in all, this book has friendship, mystery, challenge, passion, love, and so much more. I also really really loved the ending. Bravo Alyson, Bravo!

  1. I feel bad because I have not really read the series yet. I read Evermore and really need to finish the series. Great review you made me look forward to diving back into the series.
