Top Ten Books That Were Totally Deceiving.
- Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice - Such a plain cover for such a great story.
- Fantasy Lover by Sherrilyn Kenyon - The original cover is so cheesy.
- Dark Lover by J.R. Ward - Im so glad i ignored the cover and read the book.
- Human Blend by Lori Pescatore - A plain green cover just doesn't cut it
- My Invented Life by Lauren Bjorkman - two girls faces all smushed up, not so much!
- Insight by Jamie Magee - the original cover was horrible and the author listened and changed the design
- Seers of Light by Jennifer DeLucy - I wished the cover was more elaborated.
- Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma - The plain cover is a bit to plain for such an amazing book
- All These Things I've Done by Gabrielle Zevin - Its just words and a heart, definitely doesn't showcase the good book inside
- Delirium by Lauren Oliver - The original cover was so so, Thank goodness they redesigned the covers for the whole series.
I choose to write about book covers that deceived me - Yara
- Vampyre Kisses by Elizabeth Kolodziej
- Emmy's Song by Christy Trujillo
- Stones Skipping on Water by Richard Taylor
- Immortal Awakening by K.C. Randall
- Children of the Lost Moon by Gabrielle Blue
- Werewolf Descent by Elizabeth Kolodziej
- Unknown Scent by Gina Marie Long
- The Mating by Nicky Charles
- Balthazar by Claudia Grey
- Twilight by Stephenie Meyer
Totally agree with the cover for Delirium - the book was excellent, but the cover didn't convey that at all - could have been so much better.
