Summary: (from goodreads) Four years ago, Jocelyn Butler left her tragic past behind in the States and started over in Edinburgh. Burying the grief, ignoring her demons, and forging ahead without any real attachments has worked well for her so far but when Joss moves into a fantastic apartment on Dublin Street, her carefully guarded world is shaken to its core by her new roommate's sexy older brother.

Braden Carmichael is a man who always gets what he wants. And what he wants is Jocelyn in his bed. Knowing how skittish Joss is concerning any kind of relationship, Braden proposes a sexual arrangement that should satisfy the intense attraction between them without it developing into anything 'more'. An intrigued Jocelyn agrees, completely unprepared for the Scotsman and his single-minded determination to strip the stubborn young woman bare... to the very soul.

Contains strong adult content. For readers ages 18+

(10 if I could)

As you all know by now, I am like obsessed with anything written by Samantha Young. Well, on Dublin Street is my latest obsession. This is her first adult contemporary novel and she totally nailed it! Seriously, what can't this girls do?! It is brilliantly written with just the right amount of hotness, sexiness and romance and everything else in between. I found myself laughing and sobbing throughout the whole book.

Joss moved to Scotland 4 years ago from The United States to start a new life. She wanted to leave all her memories and childhood past behind and get away from it all. She moves into this posh apartment on Dublin Street that is amazing beautiful and huge. Her new roommate Ellie is the sweetest person you could ever meet. The only thing is that Joss doesn’t let anyone get close to her. Then Joss is introduced to Ellie's older brother, Braden Carmichael, and is immediately attracted to him. I mean, who wouldn’t be. Tall, dark hair, Scottish accident, and very successful. Her feelings are reciprocated, and Joss freaks out and doesn’t know what to do. So Braden makes her a proposal – a sexual relationship with no strings attached. This is the best deal for Joss since she doesn’t want to get emotionally attached, so she accepts. It all starts off wonderful, but she isn't prepared to deal with this man who will not stop at anything until she accepts him into her heart.

If you haven't read or heard about Samantha Young, you must seriously live in Mars or something. Now here is a little tip from me, get up, drive to your local book store, or better yet, go to Amazon.com and buy On Dublin Street. I PROMISE, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I have been a fan of Samantha Young since her first series, The Tale of Lunarmorte. I have read every book of hers since and I have yet to find one that I don’t like. I mean, I can't even find something that I could criticize in any of them. They are that good. She has a great imagination and dedication and it shows in all her work. She is also the sweetest person you will ever meet. A few days before she released On Dublin Street, I received a message from Yara telling me that Samantha had mentioned me in On Dublin Street. I couldn’t believe it! Then, like the over emotional person that I am, I started to cry. I quickly sent Samantha a message thanking her for this wonderful gift. She truly made my year. This is the reason why us at OUaT do what we do. Being a reviewer is very time consuming and a lot of work but it's all worth it in the end. Thank you, Yara, for allowing me to be part of such a wonderful team, which I call my little family. (Sniffles)
