Five Things To Bring When You Visit the Tides

1. Food - Sorry, but there's a major food shortage happening. If you aren't a fan of fresh cracked crab or mahi-mahi, be sure to bring your own dinner. If you do like seafood, well, you'll eat to your heart's content.

2. A Weapon - Life as an Outsider isn't easy. You'll need to learn to defend yourself. Fortunately, there are lots of great teachers. Roar is an expert knifeman. Perry is a superb bowman. Learn one or learn both.... just learn something.

3. Lotion - The Tides are a small seaside tribe. You'll spend your days in the wind and surf and your nights either by a fireplace, or out around a bonfire at the beach. Tough on the skin, so you'll probably want to be able to moisturize.

4. A Journal & Camera - Visiting the Tides is an opportunity to see a very different way of life. You'll see the strength of the bonds between the people who live there, and you'll be amazed at how they have adapted to living under the Aether. Definitely worth recording your observations.

5. A Bottle of Luster - Luster is a spiced honey-wine that happens to be Roar's favorite. You don't need to bring this with you, but if you do and you're willing to share it, you'll be rewarded with an instant friend. And I guarantee that Roar would repay you with a great night of laughter and entertainment.

Through the Ever Night Blurb: It's been months since Aria last saw Perry. Months since Perry was named Blood Lord of the Tides, and Aria was charged with an impossible mission. Now, finally, they are about to be reunited. But their reunion is far from perfect. The Tides don't take kindly to Aria, a former Dweller. And with the worsening Aether storms threatening the tribe's precarious existence, Aria begins to fear that leaving Perry behind might be the only way to save them both.

Threatened by false friends, hidden enemies, and powerful temptations, Aria and Perry wonder, Can their love survive through the ever night?

In this second book in her spellbinding Under the Never Sky trilogy, Veronica Rossi combines fantasy and dystopian elements to create a captivating love story as perilous as it is unforgettable.

  10. I'd rather live in the Wilds. The Realms are just too weird for me... and twisted.

  15. I would want to say the Wilds, but I'd need someone to protect me! Otherwise, I'd be safer in the Realms. Thanks for the giveaway!!

  16. Tough question. There are benefits to both. I could be ignorant in the Realms or free and unsafe in the wilds. Probably be happier in the wilds if I knew both!
