Friday Author SPOTLIGHT! That means every Friday, we will feature a Young Adult, New Adult or Adult Authors. These post will contain interviews, author posts, book blasts, fill in the blanks, etc... Today OUaT is happy to feature New York Times Bestselling author Andrea Cremer. Andrea Cremer is the author of the Nightshade series that contains: Shadow Days, Nightshade, Wolfsbane, Treachery, Bloodrose, Aftermath. Then she also has the Nightshade Prequel series that contain: Rift and Rise. Andrea will also be releasing a book she co-wrote with David Levithan called Invisibility in May. Then you have a steampunk novel called The Inventor's Secret coming out sometime this year from Philomel too.
Author Andrea Cremer
Andrea has always loved writing and has never stopped writing, but it took a horse and a broken foot to prompt her to finally write the novel she’d always dreamed of writing. Prior to becoming a full-time novelist, Andrea resided in the academic world where she taught early modern history.
When she’s not writing, Andrea tries to master difficult yoga poses, wanders through Central Park, and hunts for new music to provide the soundtracks to her novels.

The last place I drove was: to visit my parents in Northern Wisconsin.
The last song I listened to was: Alt-J "Fitzpleasure"
The last thing I watched on TV was: Castle
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is: realize yet again that I'm not a morning person.
My favorite thing about myself is: my curiosity.
I write because: I love creating worlds and meeting characters.
Reading is: essential.
