Summary: (from goodreads) Finally, the highly anticipated follow-up to the New York Times bestseller Beautiful Disaster. Can you love someone too much?Travis Maddox learned two things from his mother before she died: Love hard. Fight harder.
In Walking Disaster, the life of Travis is full of fast women, underground gambling, and violence. But just when he thinks he is invincible, Abby Abernathy brings him to his knees.
Every story has two sides. In Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say. Now it’s time to see the story through Travis’s eyes.
It's such a great thing when an author takes her novel that we adored and flips its around so that she shares with us the same story but from the mind of the male P.O.V's we fell hard for. To be able to get inside Travis' mind and see what Abby did to him, was EPIC. If you thought you loved Beautiful Disaster, then Walking Disaster will blow you away. Some might say, "its the same story, why read it again?" My responses is why the heck not. It might be the same storyline, but its not even close to being the same story. This time you are in Travis' mind from start to finish. I can only imagine it can't be easy to re-tell the story again but from someone else thoughts, well Jamie didn't show any weak spots. She mastered this version and I thank her for giving it to us to read.
In Walking Disaster you expect to read all the exact same scenes that transpired in Beautiful Disaster. So imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to read and realize that a couple of memorable scenes were there but there were other new scenes that we never would have known about unless Jamie re-told in Travis' POV. Its the scenes that Abby is not around that we get to experience for the first time reading Walking Disaster. Jamie gave us so much content to learn about Travis. You learn who Travis was when he was younger, how it changed him and what Abby became to him regarding his youth. Then we get Travis current day and his struggles. We truly come to understand him 100%.
Walking Disaster brings back the sauciness that left us panting for more in Beautiful Disaster. Of course this time, Your reading it from Travis' mind and hot doesn't even begin to explain it. Its more like molten lava when you are done with each scene. You need a nice cold glass of water besides you when you read this book. This book is FIRE!!!
Listen if you read Beautiful Disaster you know reading Walking Disaster is a MUST. I thank Jamie for letting us understand the complex person Travis is and was, and seeing how his Pigeon changed his whole universe. That happens once in a lifetime and it was beautiful to share it with Travis and Abby.
One last note, Jamie does not end Walking Disaster where Beautiful Disaster ended, she takes it further and you will be thrilled. THANK YOU Jamie for giving us your fans that future!!!

I have heard such mixed things about this one, so I'm so scared to read it. I just love Travis, though, so I will take the dive soon.
