Reading this book was bittersweet. It was bitter because it is the end of the series and sweet because it was an amazing book. Heather Lyons is by far one of my favorite authors and she sure didn’t disappoint with this book. Heather’s writing style is phenomenal and surely leaves you feeling completely satisfied.

A Matter of Forever is book four and the last in the series. As you may already know the previous book in the series, A Matter of Truth left us with quite the cliffhanger. I was so anxious to get my hands on A Matter of Forever to see how the whole scenario played out. Whew, how do I even explain this?

Chloe is back in Annar and back to her duties as Creator. She is now not as stressed as she was but still, who is she kidding? Being the one and only Creator would give me a stroke from all the stress alone, but also being connected to two hunky brothers would rip me in two. Chloe has chosen Jonah but will she stick with her decision? We all know how easily it is for Chloe to be distracted by Kellan. Who wouldn’t be?

Not only does Chloe have this strong bond with the two gorgeous twins but now she is going to have the fight of her life. The Elders just won’t back down. They are coming fast and furious trying to destroy Annar and everyone in it. Can Annar and the Magicals be saved or is it the end as we know it?

For all of you that are team Will, we do get more of this hunk in this book as well. As you know he is having his own struggles with his past. I am so happy that we were introduced to his character in a Matter of Truth and found I loved him as much as Kellan and Jonah. Will, as always is an amazing friend and I guarantee you will fall in love with him even more in this book.

This book was spectacular. What an amazing end to an amazing series. Each and every one of the books in this series had my full attention but A Matter of Forever had my emotions on full throttle. I laughed, I cried my eyes out, and I also yelled. I really couldn’t put it down but at the same time I savored it by trying to read slowly because I didn’t want it to end. No matter if you are team Kellan or team Jonah, I guarantee you will love it just as much as I did. A Matter of Forever was beautifully written and I can’t wait to see what Heather Lyons has in store for us next!!
