The new Victory Tour Poster sets which have been revealed on Capitol Couture have arrived. These Victory Tour Posters take a look back into Capitol Archives to recognize the pervious victors of The Hunger Games. Thus far, Capitol Couture has recognized Porter Millicent Tripp, The 38th Hunger Games Victor, and Mags Flanagan, the 11th Hunger Games Victor (the very same Mags that appears much later in her life in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire).
