I'm officially OBSESSED with Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward as a duo. I completely love them both separately but together, HOLY CRAP, magic happens! Mister Moneybags grabbed my attention from the second I started reading it. This duo always manages to bring a fresh unique story to the table EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Mister Moneybags starts with Bianca, a free lance journalist running late to an extremely important interview she is writing of business mogul, millionaire Dex Truitt. But as fate would have it, the elevator stops working altogether and she's stuck with a sexy stranger. The stranger is none other than "Mister Moneybags" himself but he decides to withhold his identity. This my friends, is when I knew I wasn't going to be able to put the book down.
First off, let me just say that Dex Truitt is my new book boyfriend and I will not be sharing!! To say that I love this man and have loved him from the elevator fiasco is an understatement. He legit had me swooning the entire time I read the book. I love his personality, he quirkiness, his relationship with his dog, and his relationship with his whittling friend. I love his pervy side and how funny he is. I just CANNOT deal with his cuteness. Throw in his extreme sex appeal and you have a top book boyfriend. I think Dex is my new favorite book boyfriend. Right up there with my all time favs. I also loved Bianca! She was a strong independent woman, with beauty, brains, and she also had a great sense of humor! The total package! Bianca is my favorite type of heroine. The two together were freaking napalm. Their relationship was written with fireworks and sparks but with a realistic burn that had me fanning myself pretty much the whole entire time.
I'm rating this book 5 stars because it was effin amazing just like EVERYTHING these two have written. I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEED this book and I'm going to need you to drop everything you're reading and go one click this book immediately. I received this book as an arc but you know I have to buy it and have this pretty on my shelf. Go forth now and one click, YOU'RE WELCOME!
