His heated stare left me flushed when I stepped off the elevator.
Maybe things here wouldn’t be so bad after all.
Or so I thought.
Until I walked into my new boss’s office and met my competition.
The gorgeous man from the elevator was now my nemesis. His heated stare wasn’t because of any mutual attraction. It was because he’d seen me vandalize his car. And now he couldn’t wait to annihilate his rival.
There’s a fine line between love and hate—and we shouldn’t cross it.
We shouldn’t—but straddling that line could be so much fun.
SO GOOD!!! This book, without a doubt, has to be one of my favorite Vi Keeland books!! I absolutely love competition work related books and Vi can do no wrong, EVER, so she had me hooked from the very first page.
As always, Vi Keeland can write the hell out of a steamy romance but I just love the chemistry between Bennett and Annalise. Bennett's and Annalise's companies recently had a merger so they are in competition for the same job. The tension between them is INSANE and torturous at the same time.
"There may be a fine line between love and hate..... but straddling that line can be so much fun" I knew I was in trouble when I read that line. You will literally feel every single emotion while reading this book.
I am giving this book 5 stars because I read it in one day, I could not put this book down. It was such a fun read. I highly recommend this book and every other Vi Keeland book!
